I can help you plan the moment and, when the time comes, be there to photograph it without revealing the surprise.

My approach is discreet and natural. I stay at a distance, observe and wait. The surprise, the look on their face, the emotion, the first hug after the answer — these are the moments I want to capture.
You should not feel like you are taking part in a photo shoot.
You should simply live the moment.
Planning your proposal
Before the day, we talk about your idea and plan the details together.
We can discuss:
- the location and atmosphere;
- the best time of day;
- the exact place for the proposal;
- how to arrive without raising suspicion;
- where I will be waiting;
- an alternative plan in case of bad weather.
I can also suggest quieter and less crowded places in Venice, choosing a location that fits the kind of moment you have imagined.
Venice is part of the story
A view of the lagoon, a quiet fondamenta, a hidden corner of the city or one of Venice’s iconic locations. There is no perfect place for everyone. The right place is the one that creates the atmosphere you are looking for.
That is why I prefer to talk with you first, understand your idea and then help you find the right setting.
And after the “Yes”?
The proposal does not have to be the end of the experience.
After the surprise, we can continue with a short walk through Venice and take a few natural portraits together. No complicated poses. Just the two of you, the city and the emotion of that moment.
This way, you will have not only photographs of the proposal, but also a small photographic story of your day in Venice.
How long does it take?
A proposal session usually lasts around 30–60 minutes, depending on the location and what you would like to do afterwards.
The most important part, however, happens before the proposal: planning everything carefully so that I can be in the right place without being noticed.
What if it rains?
Venice in the rain can be beautiful and atmospheric. If necessary, we can adapt the location or change the plan while keeping the original idea of your proposal.
